What do you think riding without hands brings?

yes it make you more confident first because you can trust the horse will do nothing and if you like no reins or bridle there are certain events that are called i think bridles. but that is for people that can do a pattern without reins or bridle but only a saddle. :) hope this was helpful i had to do the same exercises!
