Did I do something to influence her pregnancy?

I was going through some old home videos & my mom saw one of me as a baby. She just kept watching, awing and saying what a wonderful time in her life that was. That night my parents were talking, got busy in bed, and some weeks later my mom is pregnant. What did I do?
