I am looking into loaning a pony, anything i should know?

i lease/loan if you have any local barns. I rode my pony before him owners bought him so when they bought him they let me lease/loan him and i am 12 so i think it would be fine, it just depends on the person, at my barn it cost 500 dollars to lease/loan but it depends on the owner, facilities they have, barn, etc.
