How to relax while cantering?

Try tucking your elbows in by your sides, and don't sing our count. You need to direct the horse not just let it go anywhere. Really try and relax your hips, and your shoulders, and just move with the horse. It might help if you try to collect your horse more to get him/her slower, and then gradually speed up as you get more experienced. Soon it will come naturally.
