Could she have a chipped ankle? (20 characters)?

I wouldnt really say she chipped it. My horse fractured his pastern and it looked quite different. Maybe she tore a muscle or ligament. Hosing it down would help a lot with the swelling. And I'm not sure if this would be from that incident. Seeing as it was a week later that you noticed it she probably did something stupid out in her pasture and hurt herself like that. Hope it heals well! Just give her plenty of time to heal without pushing her to get back into riding.
